Default Ideal alignment settings for tire wear?

I'm helping someone out with a 2005 is300

He's had it aligned multiple times and it just wears the inner part of the tire to the steel at around 15k miles every tire set.

My understanding is the factory alignment has a lot of negative camber for better handling at the expense of tire life.

If you were just after maximum tire life instead, what would the ideal settings be?

I know very little about the voodoo of alignment, but know a good shop that can dial it in for me.

Thanks for the help

Comes down to what compound tyres you wanna use soft or hard and the condition of the front end in question and how many klms or miles its done
