Im new to this forum and I was wondering the million dollar question:

What should I look for in an is300? What are the typical problem areas? Anything to stay away from? I know I could have searched this, and Im sorry but I wanted to ask because I have another question...

Is there a member on here whom was maybe considering a 2002 BMW E39 530i?

I own both E39 M5 and E39 530i.
I LOVE the 530i but its getting boring driving two of the same body style. lol. Ive always wanted an is300 and should have picked one up instead. I bought the 530 instead because of its Dynamic Stability Control that it came with in 2002.

It is a Sterling Grey Metallic with Dark Charcoal interior and two sets of wheels and tires. Winter Style 42 wheels shown in the one photo and also a VERY RARE!!!! set of Rondel 81 18" wheels with tires shown on the black e39 for example for now. The wheels were imported from Germany and cannot be purchased any longer. I am the first owner of the wheels mounted with tires.
