When a bulb starts to change color it's dying.
There isn't one site to get bulbs. You can get them from places like amazon or ebay and pay anywhere from $200 a set for oem Phillips or get them for as low as $30 for "xxxx" brand. You won't get 10 years out of "xxxx" brand like you will with the phillips, but you will get at least 2+ (my experience). You can even choose a new color.
Stock color is 4300k and the bulbs we use are HID D2R
