Default Bent Factory Rim 2002 IS300

I just realized that in addition to being bent, the rim of my front right tire is actually slighty cracked. The crack is only around 2.5 inches long. I defintely need to get a replacement rim, right? Car still drives fine, although the tire ran out of air the other day and I think this is why.

I have been looking online and cannot seem to find the rims I currently have. I believe they are the original 18inch 5 spoke split wheels. They are chrome plated. If I got another type of rim, say one that looks very similar would it adversely affect my car? Does a car need to have exactly the same rims?Do you think it would come with the lead balancing weights my current rim has? Please help!
