Default Input on new upgrades

Hi all I am pretty new to the IS club. I bought a used 2003 IS300 I'm getting a little bored with the stock look. Im looking into buying new wheels. I don't know much about fitment or anything on the matter. Be easy on me I'm new. I went on a site and it did an auto fit and it matched me with all the wheels that would fit. I was thinking about these blue wheels. Kind of digging the blue with my graphite gray paint. Also there is a staggered and non staggered. What would look best. All help is appreciated. Thanks. Links to both wheels are below. Also I attached a pic of my car so you guys can get a look at that I'm working with.
