Hey guys I was wondering if anyone had any information on how to upgrade/create a paddle shift kit for the stock IS300 automatic 5 speed transmission.

I wondering if you could program the ECU and get a nice lightweight clutch that would make the shifting much more responsive and less lazy feeling than the stock tiptronic system that the car has.

Ultimately my goal would be to have the car allow me to shift all the way into first (normally it says second and shifts from first to second for you) and just have a really nice, responsive and precise paddle shifting system utilizing the stock automatic transmission.

I feel that this would be a better route to go than to just yank out the transmission and swap in a manual because I would have to mess with the ECU anyways to set up the car for a manual.
