I have been researching this ISC and I am not finding anything about it ? Only Idle Air Control, which apparently IS's do not have...

But Anyway, I have done a lot of cleaning just not to the TB yet, the TPS was off by .20V now its dead center on .65v I re-adjusted the throttle cable, she now idle's on cold start up about 1200 - 1300 RPM, put it in drive she drops to 700, put it in neutral she than stays between 850 to 950.. But yet again once in reverse she tries to stay at 700 but it just wont hold she slowly bleeds off to 500 and than finally dies out and it shakes like a 10.5. Almost as if for some reason she is starving for fuel in reverse?,
