Exclamation Help p1349

Ok My IS 300 Is about to money me to death.. Here is what I have replaced so far:

1. Valve Cover Gasket
2. All Igniton Coil Packs
3. Spark Plug Wires and Plugs ( used e3 at first since put Denso's)
4. Throttle Position Sensor
5. Cam Position Sensor
6. Crank Position Sensor
7. Idle Air Control Sensor
Brake Pads on all four wheels
I am getting P 300 and P1349 codes now. HELP At this point I have 1500 bucks in parts. Should I cut my losses and sell my car. There's 220,000 Miles on my car.
Also the Red Brake light comes on and off, brake fluid is full.

P1349 is a vvti code and p0300 is a random misfire. They are likely related at this point...

The first step of fixing p1349 is to clean the screen for the vvti control valve. To do this, on the top of the motor, near the front, on the drivers side, there is a large banjo bolt with a metal tube running down to the bottom end of the motor. Remove the banjo bolt itself (careful not to lose the washers) and inside, hopefully attached to the bolt still (if not attached you will have to get creative to pull it out of the vvti solenoid), is a small cone shaped screen. Clean this screen of debris with brake clean, carb cleaner, etc. Reinstall, clear codes, drive. If the problem persists, that vvti solenoid needs replaced.

Eh, lot of times that is the reason that code is thrown. Especially on newer vvt vehicles
