Codes P300- 306 And Throttle Positon

Codes P300- 306 And Throttle Positon
Ok Finally got my IS300 running. I replaced the following:
1) All Ignition Coils
2) Spark Plugs and Plug Wires
3) Crank Sensor
4) Cam Sensor
It runs better than it ever has. Has great pick up and idles fine. Before it would barely run at idle. It would not run so well if it were still a miss fire on all cylinders.. Gas milage is much improved. I went ahead and bought the throttle position sensor and will replace it. Also the Trac light is flashing and when they ran the codes this morning it said "Immoblization System not detected".
I am at a loss as well as the people at the dealership. I have spent 1200 thus far and my savings is running out, should I cut my losses and get rid of the car? UGH
