Hi everyone i currently have a Lexus IS200 1999. 198000km on the clock currently im getting about 100km per 15 Liters of petrol.

While browsing the web I came across a power & fuel saver chip it cost about 75 pounds.

Has anyone knowledge of this item if so please let me know if the results are as it states.
