Value of 2005 IS300 - 18000 original miles
Hey,
So there is a 2005 stock is300 with only 18000 original miles for sale in my area. How much would you pay for it assuming interior and exterior are near perfect?

Based on what I know.. NADA, which is more accurate evaluator because its What Banks will loan up to.) Nada says $17K Max, but Current "True" market value is $13K. Usually if a dealer have this car they would Price it around $15,999. KBB is often too high and not realistic, sometimes they do get it right but often KBB is way too high. I say $15,000 is a very fair price and up to $15,500 would be my MAX offer if the car is just perfect and no accidents, one owner. Personally, I would not buy it $1 over $15.5K. I'm already bumping the car $2500 over market value because, I understand the value of Mint condition cars. If you absolutely got to have it you can pay up to $17K, but i wouldn't do it.. If the Seller is Pricing over $17K, he's smokin Crack..
Again, $15K Very Fair Price. Absolute max is $15.5K.
$17K is unrealistic, but "can be doable" but not wise. If car is perfect and you really got to have it, $17K is ok but not a great buy.. Anything above $17K is way too much. Car is 9 years old. Car Brand-new was priced at around $35K . You can buy cars that cost almost double this car's value for another $2-$3K over $17K.

Guy wouldnt budge so I passed. Ended up finding a much sexier 05 with 68k on it at a dealership. They were asking 17k and I bargained them down to 14.5k. Ill post a pic up when I get a chance.
