Default European IS200 vs. USA IS300

Hi, I´m new to the forum and desperate to get answers regarding the difference between the European Lexus IS200 and the American IS300.

The engine is quite obvious and I realize that the bumpers are not quite the same. Furthermore I know that the headlights are not entirely alike.

I have a European Lexus IS200 which has stock halogen lights (non HID). I would like to upgrade them to a darker and clearer headlights from eBay and also put a xenon conversion kit in them (if the light will not scatter to much and blind the oncoming traffic).

Therefore I ask. What modifications will I need to make in order for them to fit my car?

These are the ones that I like the most:

A picture of a European Lexus IS 200 which has the same lights as mine:

I have talked to a shop that put US Lexus IS300 headlights into a European Lexus IS200 and that worked. However those headlights were like these (see picture below).
I don´t like the look of them and would prefer the ones I mention above. I have contacted a few eBay sellers and one of them said that they might be different (the CCFL halo and the one in the eBay link). However, they have not managed to tell me how they might be different. Therefore I would greatly appreciate if anyone here can help me

Thanks in advance!

If there is any differences, it might be the approvals on it.. The back side should be the exact same

I read somewhere that you need to cut off some metal under the headlight to make a HID unit fit if its Halogen from factory.
The box under the headlight that has the Ballast inside takes some room.
And that piece is non existing on Halogen headlights what I have understood.

But after you have trimmed the body, will there be a gap between the body and the headlights that is visible from the outside??

Ok, thank you!
I´m going to go for it then and buy these headlights.
I might post again when they arrive and I´m trying to get them installed to my European IS200
