So I'm having a squeaky/creaking noise resonating from the driver side of my front end.. It's mainly occurs when I'm slowing down or coming to a stop. It doesn't affect the ride of the car at all I just want to know what it could be and if a repair may be necessary.

It could be that your ball joints are worn out or your end links need to be greased or replaced. I have the same problem and I'm pretty sure it's my links. Good luck
