IS300, This Price Worth it?
Hey guys, finding IS300 at a dealership and Craigslist is very hard in my city. Two IS300's has been posted up not to long ago. 1 is a 02Black IS300 with 176,XXX for $6,300 while the one I'm looking at is a 01Blue IS300 with 150,XXX for $5,600. Pretty sure I can lowered it more somehow.
His detail and Information:
"This dark blue 2001 Lexus is in excellent running condition. The vehicle is only being sold due to a move across the country to a city where the vehicle will not be needed. Good tires, brake pads have 60%+, fresh oil change. Maintenance records dating back to roughly 45,000 miles. The vehicle is a blast to drive and all electronic items work as they should. The body is in overall good shape with the exception of a dent in the driver's side front fender. Vehicle has all options available for the model year: dual front power and heated seats, 17 inch wheels, leather interior and power sunroof. Clear title in hand, no trades."
If its properly maintained wouldn't it last me longer than 300,XXX?
I currently have a ES300 but broke down on me a year ago at 230,XXX. Had the engine rebuilt with 6K on it at the moment.

i would go for the blue over the black, lower miles and if the description is right about one dent only, i would go for it. i just hardly ever see a black one with that many miles that doesn't look like crap.
