Why don't you go back and have Pepboy pay for it? Word of advice, avoid Pepboy, Jiffylube, etc. Those guys are hacks. Don't even take it there for an oil change because they are incapable of that as well.
The part you're looking for is:
81215E CORD, FOG LAMP
81215‑53130 JCE10..SED 2 $19.69
Normally, I would tell you to buy this from Sewell with ClubL discount, but shipping would kill the deal and it's not worth buying less than $100 worth of things. Just bite the bullet and spend $20 at the dealership.

If you want the official name, it's called a "Cord, Fog Lamp." After installing HID's in my fogs, I bought the dust caps in case I ever needed to go back to stock.
If you can't get Pep Boys to cover the part, it's really easy to fix as long as long as you can solder. If you don't know how, you can learn in a few minutes by watching tutorials on YouTube.
Drill out the broken cord with a thin drill bit and add wire as needed. When you're done, seal the hole you drilled out with some silicone.
