What should I do to my car with $2000?
Hey guys i've been on the forums for a little while now. I have around $2000 bucks i'm willing to put into my car right now and wondering what you guys think i should do first? It is a 2002 is300 5speed with the lsd rear. It has around 100k on it. i had the timing belt recently done, a fidanza lightweight flywheel installed, and a clutchmasters stage 3 clutch. I plan on turboing it this summer sometime. this is my daily driver so needs to remain reliable. i plan on driving it pretty hard though and want it to handle good. right now im stuck on what i should do with the $2000? what do you guys think?

If you can't think of anything, stash it away for later. Use it for the turbo build.
BTW, any suspension mods? A good coil over suspension kit and sway bars will start you off right.

no suspension mods done yet....thats what im kind of debating on. should i put that towards suspension. or should i start piecing together everything for the trubo. i have been looking at bc racing coil overs and hotchkis sways.

I would go with suspension mods before you turbo it... Coilovers and sway bars is what I would do first, then save up for your turbo build this way you can handle the extra power

I as well have BC coils overs very nice ride as bacon22 put it I would wait to buy the strut bar due to a clearence issue when u do go turbo the intake pipe my give an u issue wit fitment i had to sell my tsc sportline bar...I'm boosted now and it's tons of fun.. If ur really serious to go boost I wuld save up for a r154 tranny or six speed if u want to drive it hard and if u want 400hp and up!!!
