How will this setup fit on is300?

Yup. Fronts should be fine without modifications.....just depends on what suspension you are on. Rear fenders will need to be rolled.

is what 215 40 18 in front and 235 40 18 looks like on my car 18x8 18x9 38+.
is with 38+ with 5mm spacer = 33 offset and rolled fenders. I still rub with people in the car b/c i rolled it alittle.
sorry car was dirty when i put spacers on.

like ray says, they will be pretty flush with minor roll or shave in the back
