Default Lean code P0171 and P0174

Yes I search but seem there are to wide a variation since these codes are "blanket" codes and cover many different faults.

P0171 System Too Lean (Fuel Trim)
P0174 System Too Lean (A/F Lean Malfunction, Bank 2)

So far I clean the MAF with the contact cleaner designed for the MAF, drove it around and the light came back on, pull the code again and now it is just the P0171.
checked all my vac lines and all seem good, ordered the o2 simulator and will try that since 174 is for bank 2 and see if it fixes it, if not next will be a new MAF.
The intake and has been on the car for over 1k miles so I dont think its that, still on stock headers and mid pipe. Running the same Shell 91octane I always have, and my MPG has not drop, still getting 25-27mpg.
The thing that leads me away from the MAF is that I get no hesitation, no bogging or loss of power, it smooth and pulls like normal.

Anyone else have ideas?

I was having this issue not too long ago , how is your gas mileage ? if poor , you might possibly have a air leak .

hmm......interesting , possibly time for a new MAF , most cases when a P0171 / P0174 code comes up , the false diagnosis is needing a new o2 sensor , try everything else first before ordering a new o2 sensor , in my case , I had two vac leaks .
