Just started my swap!

Day 2, getting the GE harness arranged to work on the GTE.
I spent several hours wrapping then cutting then wrapping then cutting, ect;
1. the MAF and the TB connectors ( 4 wire black plug on backside of GE TB and the 4 wire grey square plug for ETTC on lower GE TB) have to be unloomed and taken over to the intake side of GTE.
2. the coolant temp sensor plug that is in the head under the intake manifold of the GE has to be unloomed and taken to the exhaust side ( actually in the upper waterneck). I used the sensor off the GE because the plug connection is different on the GTE sensor. Yes you will have to add about 12" of wire to this so it will reach.

So far everything has plugged in and I dont have any plugs left over. I swapped my coils off the GE because I know they work perfectly and replaced the spark plugs with NGK IRIDIUM's. I also used the GE alternator and a/c compressor, belt is on and all wiring is done, for now, I will be wiring in the EM later on this week after it starts and i know everything is functional thus far. Day 3 will start with the ABS relocation. more to come later today!

Holy crap you are the man and u must have some serious skills, or have huge ***** to do this swap on your own!! and in less than 2 weeks!!
If you pull it off....
How much would you charge to do do a swap?
I might be interested & wouldn't mind driving down to GA.

Not much for updates because i was battling a headcold yesterday, but i did sandblast all hot pipes and the valve covers. left the hot pipes raw aluminum color and high temp cleared them, valve covers i sprayed metallic gunmetal and cleared. Installed new valvecover gaskets and bolt gaskets. also got rid of all the seq. vacuum hoses and of course did the ttc mod. i chose to wire the gates open due to time constraints and having to completely disassemble the turbos to make 2 welds just wasnt in the time frame. Most all of my parts have arrived so I rounded up the AN -6 fittings to do the fuel return and walbro tomorrow. I plan on getting the motor sat in place by end of day tomorrow. the last pic is of the heat shield and it would look brand new if it hadnt been beaten up so badly in shipping, lol, this is after i attempted to straighten it. I also cut out the valve from the 2nd turbo, it opens it up quite a bit.
