What size and brand tires are you running on the is250 wheels? Also, I am not positive on this, but I think you can replace the factory TPMS with regular rubber valve stems, any truth to this you guys? The reson I ask is because I am looking at a set of wheels on ebay and they do not come with the TPMS or tires, and since our cars do not have the TPM system I don't really want to buy the sensors.

the tpms from the 250 can be taken out and replaced with rubbers, our cars don't have that computer to read it so it's worthless if your doing it the other way then yeah u gotta leave the sensors with the car it came on but in the is300 case just basic rubber stems

Thanks for the reply man, I can get tires at American Tire Disributors from my work at our cost. I mount and balance tires just about every day at work, I was just unsure whether the TPMS sensors could be replaced with regular rubber stems. So now I can go ahead and buy the set of wheels and slap stems in em and get tires and mount and balance them. I just was not wanting to drop $100 on ebay for 4 TPMS that are going to be useless to me for what they are, except putting air in the tires.
