You need calpier adapters and a spacer between the lower control arm and the spindle. The bottom of the caliper hits the tie rod if not. You can contact Figs for the parts.
EDIT: LOL at my lug nuts. I had them anodized purple. Matched decently for the first two weeks and then completely faded to pink. Horrible job.

Potentially more clamping force.
Larger rotor means less heat so less brake fade.
4 pistons instead of 2 stock.
Same reasons to swap to a bbk. But less than half the cost. I got my calipers for $275 shipped.
And supposedly these are like 6 pounds lighter per caliper than TT supra calipers.

I don't see how it's 4 piston (wheel is blocking it)

Not really the picture I was looking for, but photobucket isn't loading for some reason.
I split the calipers and rebuilt them. Each halve of the caliper has two pistsons. So two on the front of the rotor and two on the back.
And one more picture, you can see the two pistons on the back. There are two more on the front.

wow that's sexy!!
I might be doing this in the spring!!
dam you......... grrr
Did you have to split them to make it fit or something?
Do you think stock front calipers will fit on the back, that'd be hot!!

I picked up the calipers used, and you never know the condition. I didn't want to take a chance with it and planned to have them powder coated anyway so I split them, bought a rebuilt kit from Lexus, powder coated them and put them back together.
You don't have to take them apart if you don't want to. But I knew I wouldn't get the color I wanted without having them powder coated. You can just use regular caliper paint if you want.
Look into TT Supra calipers though. You don't need the RCA/spacer to fit them. You still need the caliper adapters though. But you have more choices in rotors/pads. I bought the full RCA hysteer/spacer from Figs along with the TT adapters and it was over $500. But I think you can get the spacer by it self for under $200? I don't remember. TT adapters are $100. Either way though, LS400 and TT calipers are sexy.
And no lol, the stock IS300 calipers won't fit in the rear. The mounts are WAY wider for the fronts than rears. You'd need some kind of custom bracket.
OH, and if you split either of the calipers (TT or LS400) make sure you DO NOT lose the 4 total (two per caliper) square cut O-Rings. They are along the two halves that seal against eachother and flow brake fluid. They are NOT included in the rebuild kit and you cannot buy them from the dealer. If you do lose them, you can find an "aftermarket" one that fits though. Still prefer to keep the old ones though lol
