After just having a classified post locked (and pm'ing the admin to no avail), I'm trying to swallow the bitter taste left in my mouth and actually post something on here since I'm new to the forum (and Lexus)... So here's an intro thread to try to prove that I'm not some shady scammer....

Sorry for the rant - without further ado:

I just picked up an '04 SportCross and I'm really liking her so far. All I've done is throw on some IS350 Graphite wheels and smoked sidemarkers:

So it's still pretty much stock, and will not be extensively modified as it is to be my gf's commuter. And to some extent it must replace my Forester, which is a very tall order...







The Forester is currently for sale, if anyone is interested...Hehe.

Not all sad though, as I'm driving this most of the time:



Looking forward to getting to know my 'Gita' and frequenting this great resource. And hopefully being able to post items for sale and not have my threads locked...

Welcome, clean mods on the Sportcross, and that is the best Forester I have ever seen, and the Z is not bad either.

Hehe, thanks! It was weird, but 2 others popped up in the area and were bought-up before I could move on them... Randomly really popular in the LA area all of a sudden.

The Z has over 250k on the chassis, and over 100k on the motor. She doesn't look it though, and will one day receive a much more potent mill under the hood.

Thanks for the head's up! I'm already on my.is, but for some reason can't view the classifieds... ugh. Anyway, I'll be in touch if I need anything. Next up is struts and springs...

I've only seen one other sti forester like yours, same color, and it was one of the sickest cars I had ever saw, but it was all stock and not near as nice as yours.

Looks like you're lucky for being able to drive all of those cars. Sportscross is not an ugly wagon at all. The forester looks MEAN and i don't even need to talk about the Z!
