Exclamation will this damage my car in the long run?

has anyone here kept the power botton on all the time? what will this do to our car?

will this hurt the engine in the long run? or damage our gears? does it consume significantly more gas?

nope, it's fine. 1-2mpg diff. of course, if you're jekyll with it on and hyde with it off, diff in mpg will be greater.

etc power button right above the snow button. It raises the rpm shifting points and shifts harder.

^^ What he meant to say is if you have a 5 speed you're not cool enough to handle over 350 rwhp. .....and if you fix that problem, you're not cool enough to stay at full boost from 1st to 5th

On a trip to San Antonio I got 25.5 mpg going, had 2 bad stop and go's on the freeway, and 27.5 mpg on the return at 70 to 80+ mph.

And for you Automatic trans guys i would expect about 10% less due to the losses.
