No.
Are you on your original bulbs? Probably. You do realize that HID bulbs lose their 'brightness' over a few years. The performance gets degraded with time.
Are those GS300 equipped with projectors? If so then they will appear more ideal, than just the non-projector HID housings.
I have a 6k kit in my ES300 and my dad has a 6K kit in his RX330 [projectors] and his appear more blue than my kit, as i have them in a halogen housing.
So you mean that better use the OEM HID 4300k instead of getting the orthers HID ???
Whta are you looking for?
"look/color appearance"? -> other HID
"ideal, closest to performance oriented output?" -> OEM HID

don't be fooled by ebay charts from hid bulb vendors...
from a physics perspective following the one and only Kelvin scale, 4300k color has most lumens output, the higher you go on the scale past that, you lose lumens. lumens=brightness, light output, etc.
after reading the OP again, i see he's mostly interested in the color aspect, blue. unfortunately "brightest" got mixed in there where it'll never be unless it's something close to 4300k.

The # doesn't mean increase or decrease power/wattage or anything like that.
It is funny, a lot of people (ricers) think that getting higher # is better.. haha
"Oh you only have 6000k? I have 10,000k I am better than you sucka!"
