you dont absolutely have to do the water pump since it is not timing belt driven, but it is easier to go ahead and do it while your in there. the front cam seals, front crank seal, timing belt, idler pulley, timing belt tensioner, accessory drive belt, and thermostat and gasket, you might also need some other gaskets for defferent stuff. plugs are also due at 100k so it would probably be easier to go ahead and do plugs too.

what needs to be checked/done for 90k service according to lexus repair book:

1. replace brake fluid
2. oil and oil filter of course
3. replace timing belt
4. check/inspect everything else, replace/repair if needed
5. multi-point inspection as usual :/
