I went to pick up a wheel today for my SC400 (has IS wheels) to replace one that's bent. Mine are silver and a guy said he had a silver one with a new tire. I get down there to pick it up and it's dark so I can't really see, but I get back home and compare and it's a hyper black color. I may be totally wrong but I coulda swore I've seen some on the dark purplish blue IS300s at one point, and seen some for sale on the internet. I'm just curious if they're fairly rare as in it's going to be a pain to get rid of it, or if I could easily find 3 others and just have a matching set, as it's a pretty good looking color.

Hmm, well that sucks. I guess I'll have to get another wheel and save this one for a rainy day. Shoulda just put the $ towards tires for the front 2 18s I bought for the car.

You must be talking about the Graphite finished IS wheels. I'm saving mine in case i have to put it back to stock. I currently have 18s on the car.

Now that I know what that color is officially called and seeing some pics, that does look like the wheel I bought. Well I guess I'll set it back in the corner for a rainy day and just find another silver wheel to ride on for now. Thanks for the info MaxNine.
