Whats up, i'm new to the IS world and plan on hanging out for a while. I just bought this 01 Spectra Blue Mica is300 with 84,000 miles. I'm located in hampton roads, VA. The car is basically stock besides the tint which in my opinion needs to be darker. I have a lot already planned for this car.
I want New Wheels
darker tint
low and vip look.
lip kit
exhaust
and other small odds and ends
I am working on some photoshop images with digitally added upgrades until I actually buy them so I can see if I like them. He are some pics I took with a DSLR. I hope you like.

welcome to CL, also i see you are missing the front license plate bracket, if you need one i have a spare one. i live in va as well and i think its stupid we have to have a front license plate but oh well.

yeah front plates suck, so does that lame rule with tint. but oh well we have to deal with it. i think i am gonna end up running with out a front plate. i never got pulled in my v dub so im hoping i wont in the lex.

yea va has some strict rules. my tint is really dark in my is300, not positive on what percent, but i know its way darker than the legal limit. a guess would be 20 percent on all the glass except windshield. i would just run it without a front plate too if i didnt have the front bracket, i mean how often are the cops in front of you lol, that is unless you have been eluding them then they are all over you haha. i have been pulled over twice in my is300 in harrisonburg, va once by a dayton cop and once by a sheriff, never had an issue with my tint. only with speed

Nice ride i love the blue. Im with junjun21 figure out what wheels you want then dump it. Personally i think they look sick dumped on stockies.

Great pics, I like the one by the stream the best. Good first choice of mods, but I would add a intake to the list. I have a K&N FIPK intake and I love it, makes the car sound so much meaner at full acceleration!
