Just bought a 01 IS300. Black on black auto. Cool car. I have some issues. The brake lights on the outer clear tail lights aren't working. The inner ones work but not the clear outer. The right tail light has looks different on the inside. It has some bubbles on the chrome. Almost looks like water spots. Weird they both don't work. Need some help. Thanks.

is your light lit up in the guage cluster when you start it that tells you that you have lights out in the rear? i would try taking the tail lights out and replacing the bulbs and see if that fixes them and see if the are getting water inside them, then you could try to put some sealer around the lens area to try and seal it or get new tail lights. if they are getting water in them that is probably why they are blowing out bulbs. if you need a new set of tail lights i have a stock set off of an 04 IS300. they will work with your car.

Yeah the light on the gauge cluster is on. Yeah I was gonna try and replace the bubbles first.
