Help: Wheel fitment Question.

I have an interested buyer for my SSR Viennas with the following specs:

19x8.5 +43 with 235/35R19
19x9.5 +43 with 265/30R19

Will these wheels clear a stock IS300 and one lowered by 1.5"

your going to do a lil fender rolling if he is lowered
