Yeah Billy's been doing the IS thing for years. Every time I see his IS, it's got something new. His car also used to be GGP with Work VS-KF's.

It sure is; Laguna Seca Blue. There are a few other E46 M3 specific colors but this car in here is LSB

But is that IS even street legal? I'll be paranoid driving it. I can see the long list of "fix it" tickets from a cop already.
