^^^the prokit will look very good on your ride. I just installed mine last week. I am very pleased with it and will put 18" on them next summer.
BTW, rims look good! It compliments your dark tint windows and black emblems. Are you going to tint your head and tail lights? It will def give you a much cleaner look! I'm sure you got that on your list to do. =)

You can get new for a good price through TireRack.com. They run around $250.
Or just look through this forum and see if other members got them for sell. I came across a great deal on this as well from NyceTry. It was like 100 shipped. Check out http://my.is/. If you are not registered, I suggest you do because there are tons of IS300 parts for sale on a daily basis. Just got to keep on top of it and deals will be there!

It took me a real long time to figure out what route I should go with red-out tails. There's several ways you could get this look:
Buy a set of red out tail lights.....too pricey for me and would rather spend the $$$ on performance.
You could spray paint the outside of the tails. A few have done this...looks okay.
Another way is to remove the tails and split it. Then paint the housings red. I don't have the patience to do this so I tried calling a few shops and it's pretty pricey to do but if you don't mind DIY then it will look clean.
Finally decided with the red out overlays. I bought a legit bulk roll of (thick) film from Aerotect. I don't know if you heard of them but they sell the best line of film and provide excellent service. They currently use the red outs for the IS 250/350 tails.
Here's the link: http://www.aerotect.net/aerotect_029.htm
Here's where you would buy:http://aircraftpaintprotection.net/a...e57294a05515a8
You could email Aerotect and ask if they have any templates lying around. You would probably work with Jason....good guy.
You would have to buy 2 sets of bulk film. Each roll I believe is around 15"10".....There easy to apply but since I was getting my windows tinted the shop also apply my red-outs and fog overlays. I've had them on for a few months...and it's in perfect condition. Looks a little dull for about a few days then it clears up and has a nice classy shine to it.
I don't know what kind of film that ebay seller sells but Aerotect has provided to a lot of CL and my.is members.
Hope this helps your decision on what to do. Let me know if you have any more questions. More than happy to help.
Sorry for the long post!
