some advice..
I have a sportcross and I still haven't decide what's a good muffler to get. After searching the forum I still can't decide. So far, It seems like 5 zigen fireball muffler is the closest as to stock in sound, which is good. Next choice is HKS carbon ti which I haven't heard a lot of input on this muffler and the last one is HKS dragger 2.
5 zigen- $290.
carbon ti- $620.
dragger- $460.
Any advice?

hey mai...i personally dont like the 5zigen that much so i wouldnt recomnened it. As far as the Carbon Ti goes its a lot lighter then the HKS Hiper and has a different styled tip, which is sorta of like someone with a propane torch burnt a ring around the tip, thats not my style either. The Dragger II offers better clearance then the HKS Hiper/Carbob Ti but due to its straight tip it does not produce as much horsepower, maybe one or two less. So, all and all I'd go for the Dragger II or Hiper because i dont even think the carbon is worth spendin that much for a couple pounds lighter system and an oxidizing tip...well thats my ten cents!

What about the GReddy Evo for the IS300? I've read that it's one of the quietest, but produces more HP because of its straight through design. Just a thought....I'm looking at getting the EVO for myself.
