Default Quick question regarding fitment of winter tires on '01 IS

I have an '01 IS300 that have stock 215/45/17 tires that has an overall diameter of 24.6"

I just got some 16" 5-spoke OEM Toyota wheels that are probably around 16x6.5 or 16x7 from a 2005 Toyota Camry and am planning to fit winter tires on them for my IS.

I'm wondering if I can fit the following sizes:

A) 205/60/16
Diameter: 25.7"

B) 215/60/16
Diameter: 26.1"

I'm thinking option A should fit, since the difference in height is only 0.9", but option B is going to be a long shot, but still wondering how it would fit.

This is all under stock suspension as well, would option A work if I was lowered under springs or even coils?
