i have all the bolt-ons as far as intake, header, y-pipe, and exhaust....felt like when i added the header i lost some bottom end torque but on top end feels waaaay better, not so loud until WOT....as far as chips, i believe they do not work, unless u get the SRT intake with the piggyback for the ECU, and thats about it.....

^^^Exactly.

Chips dont exist for the IS. YOu can get EMU's or SAFC-II to adjust fuel/air.
SRT intake with Piggyback will work. But you can substitute the SRT Piggy for a SAFC-II, as this unit is adjustable. SRT is not.
Upgrades:
Headers(ebay or not), but keep stock Y for low end torque.
Throttle Body
Adjust. cams gears
Cams

But remember, you wont get anything over 215hp, unless your supercharge. Then you will see 350hp. Our cars come stock 185ish Hp

Good luck and happy modding

Yeah, at the crank, not at the wheels like IS3_FTW is talking about.
