lowering the car definitely changes where you drive ... vancouver BC = super bad roads ... totally not designed for 'winter' and then we get like 3 days of winter weather all year ... and the roads are shot ... but i still see slammed cars ... not nearly as many as in cali ... you'll need to be more careful but it can totally be done
