Default Deal or no Deal on a 04 IS

Guys help me out...

04 Lexus is300
80,000 miles
Clean Carfax
Suede Seats
No Nav
They were asking 17,999 I told them 17,000 Drive out. He gave me a counter offer for 17,700... So should i give them the 17,700 or counter offer him at 17,350 or just wait till he takes the 17,000. This car is at a dealership. Let me know what yall think.. Thanks

I would not offer any more than $17,000 OTD if you want that car and it is near perfect condition. You will find one cheaper, CarMax is expensive and uses some magical Blue Book to rate cars.
