Default Fog lights won't work

Hi guys, I just purchased a 05 blacked out IS300(wife has a charcoal 2001 one).
I can't make the fog lights work. I removed the bumper, checked the wires and bulbs with a tester. Everything is fine, except that I have no power coming to the lights. I checked the fuse on the passenger side and maybe tomorrow will check the relay.
Has anyone gone through this? How do you test the relay, and in case it is in good working order, what is next to check?
I just don't care about the fogs turning on individually without the low beams, just want the fogs to work and this is driving me nuts
Thanks!!

Someone could have done the fog hack on your gen 1 wrong and disrupted the circuit. Their was a jumper wire hack to allow the fogs to turn on without the low beams under the driver side steering wheel within the fuse panel. I would inspect this for any possible visible burning to the fusible link.

I will check on that. Never checked the driver side because I read the fog lights fuse is on the passenger side.
Thanks for responding so fast
I will check for anything unusual. Which fuse or relay is the one tapped into for that mod?
Thanks again

Default Fixed!

I removed the relay on the passenger side and found somne dark spots and a bent leg. I straightened that leg, cleaned the area nice, plugged the relay back...the fogs are perfect. There was no wire jumper, just apparently someone playing with the relays.

That's the fog mod, so that you can turn the fogs on without the headlights. The bent leg should have had a wire attached to it that leads to the ignition fuse. I'm surprised that whoever sold you the car removed the mod but didn't bend the prong straight to return it to stock.
