Well right now i'm working with PHR to make an intake pipe similar to the JoeZ. It has already been sent to coating and should be back soon. We also dynoed the car with the only mod being the HKS Carbon Ti and it made 178 rwhp. Figured i would test the old pull your air filter out for more power myth and surprisingly it gained ~20 rwhp just from pulling the OEM Lexus filter out. Once our shop floors are finished I will print it out and post it up. I have it saved with both runs next to each other, no torque numbers though since we didn't hookup the rpm signal.

So in the next couple weeks:
PHR Intake Pipe
K&N Drop In

Comparison dyno runs:
1st Stock Everything
2nd K&N Drop In ONLY
3rd PHR Pipe OE filter
4th PHR Pipe with K&N Drop In

Also the creator of MAP-ECU is coming to our facility and we will do some testing on my IS to see if there's any more power to be made by tuning it.

Regards,
Robert

LOL...I honestly couldn't tell you. I haven't done anything to the car, it came as is. Here's another pic of the front and maybe someone can chime in on their opinion. Also yes I know the mesh looks horrible, this pic was taken the same time as the other pics(a couple weeks ago). If anyone can give me some suggestions as to what to put there as the huge hole looks awkward there. Everyone at work thinks boosting it is the only solution as a fmic would fill it right in .

Robert

That pic is a lot better... So i guess those HID's look like 8,000 or 10,000 and the fogs are just stock. i like em.

as far as filling in that gap where the UGLY mesh is.... for sure FMIC is the best option. OR you could buy a stock bumper, take out the mesh in the stock bumper and mold it to fit yours and the use elmers glue and clothespins to hold it in place

HAHAHA...the elmers may be too far out of my budget, too ballin for me . I love the kit just hate that huge gap and the fact I can't run a grill sucks. I may just find someone with a black IS and see if they want to trade my C-West kit for OEM bumpers then go with a full RMM Lip kit, any takers .
