Fog lights on, headlights off??? anyone??
I heard there is a way to turn your headlights off but keep your fog lights on, can anyone help me do this?

There are two ways of doing this, and both require opening up the fuse box on the front passenger side footwell.
One requires an add-a-fuse setup, the other requires bending a prong on the fog light fuse.
You can find them on my.is, once that site is back up.

Here are all the links for DIY's on the 1st gen IS. I have it done on my IS.
I wouldnt recommend bending the prong on the relay. Just buy wires, connectors and the add a circuit(autozone,pepboys,etc...).
