A year later . . .
It's been a year and 18k miles later, I still love my IS.
Tranny feels likes its only got 1k miles on it, bushings still tight. It has some interior squeaks that I have to hunt down. Car now has 73,6xx on it.
18k miles a year is the reason I want to get my 240 back on the road smog legal.
Just thought i'd share.

Thanks for sharing- mine has been down for a year because I hit a deer. Just recently got the car back and it is like a brand new car! Now I need to save for some mods.

Great to hear. I loved my 2004 IS300 so much, I put 105k miles in 4 years.

August 24 2007 was my year mark with my IS300 and its has been everything i wanted since 99 in GT2 on playstation. in that year i put about 15k in it and have added some wheels, cf hood, c-west 4pc body kit, trd grille, aem AI and cat-back exhaust. i just purcased today some s-tech tein springs and some hood dampers from the FIGS guys that have posted on here a couple of times. here is a pic of it, i'll throw some more up once it gets lowered and the dampers are installed. oh and those rims are coming off soon to for some 5zigen's.
