Small Vibrations
Hello,
I have a 2004 IS300-automatic.
As I am slowly accelerating, I feel weak vibrations coming from the
steering wheel, and I think the car as well, between 55-65mph.
I've had all tires balanced twice, and they are in perfect balance.
While I feel the vibrations, I have put the car back in Neutral, and I'm very sure the vibrations disappear.
What's the problem here?
Pleae advise.
Thank you.
Jon

41,000 mi.
The car as about 41K mi.
I have never ever hit anything, nor went over
big pot holes.
I pretty much baby the car, and even slow down
@ railroad tracks.
I'm hesitant to bring it into the dealership because
during the test drive, the tech may not feel the
slight vibrations. My time might be wasted there.
Thanks for all your replies.

it could be a number of things. just because the tires are balanced, doesnt mean the tires do not have excessive road force (out of round), you could have a bent rim, something wrong in the drivetrain...
could be a number of things. i recommend taking it to the dealer.
