Default 2003 IS Lexus

I am thinking about purchasing a used 2003 IS300 and the clutch is worn. Can anyone give me an idea on how hard it is change or a web site to find out this information. Also, Can you please let me know how reliable and the goods and the bads... Thanks Randy

Obviously this will all depend on past experience, but really it isn't much more difficult than any other RWD clutch. Space is kinda tight in the tunnel, but not impossible. Factory parts can be expensive though, the dual mass flywheel isn't suppose to be machined and is rather expensive from lexus. I just replaced the disk only when i did mine, but i caught it before it did any damage to the pressure plate or flywheel. Other options are aftermarket uprgrades of course.
