raining in my IS!?

I've had my IS for about three months and I just drove it in some rain this past weekend. I suddenly noticed that my leg was getting wet.. when I looked up I saw water leaking in through the headliner between the windshield and the door on my side! I'm talking a heavy leak.. the headliner soaked on that side, my seat, and the floor.
I immediately called the dealer and they gave me the runaround. After about three calls (progressively more irate) they told me to come in and gave me an RX to drive for the weekend. (I thought Lexus was supposed to be known for service?)
Anyway, I was wondering if this happened to anyone here before? If so, what did the dealer do? I'm worried that the car will smell because of the water in the headliner & seat. Any recommendations??

Sounds to me like you might have a kinked, disconnected, or clogged water drain hose for the moonroof assembly. All Lexus models have four drain hoses for water run off. The moonroof glass is not a water tight seal. Water will run through the seal and down the drain hoses. Good Luck, and let us know what the dealer says.

Ok, just got back from the dealer.
First, they asked me if I had left the sunroof open because according to their "extensive water tests" they found no leak. After I explained that I was driving when this happened (with my sunroof closed) they looked at the windshield, and sure enough it was not sealed properly.
Bottom line, they will have to replace the seal around the windshield. Next week sometime.
For now they put some black silicone in the corner and told me that I may need to use duct tape on top of that until the seal is replaced.
Not too impressive, but at least they found the problem.
