Rock, congrats!
I was so pumped my first day in my IS, so i can only imagine how you feel (I've had mine clsoe to a year now, so the effect has worn off slightly )

The site is down current;y, but take a look at is300.net when you get a chance; tons of great info and banter about the IS.

Default Congrats............

I've had mine 3 weeks and I really feel comfortable with this car. I really like the way its put together - very tight. I've pulled the wheels off and checked over the suspension. Very well designed and the components are heavy duty. It's got a lot of aerodynamic pans on the bottom which make it hard to get at the engine components but all you have to do is remove a few screws to do so. As you can guess I do almost all maintenance on my cars, I don't think this car is gonna give me much trouble though.

Congrats! I've had mine since last September and am still smiling. It's just a joy to drive...especially if the road features some tight curves.

Congratulations!!!
I know exactly how you feel right now.
I got mine Aug 2001. The 1.5 months I had to wait (special order) were painful.

I just went to South Carolina.
I never knew road there (10.25 hrs, 740 miles) could be so much fun. All those tight S-curves I had to go through in WV and VA are so sweet in the IS.
Well, there's the reason why I'm at 18K miles now - I take my car everywhere.

PS.
Get XPEL before you end up w/ a hood full of paint chips.
