If I could do it all over again, I would just get the replica kit or a different boydkit. It's not worth to buy the JDM one. Too much trouble to install and at the end, I only end up with some free Wald stickers and thats it. Other people got the same look as my car, but it only costed them half as much.

Plus, no one can really tell the difference between the replica and the JDM one.

well maybe i am just ****, but i don't settle for replica... it's all about getting the right stuff and do it right i guess... i can totally agree on the fit htough, you have to do so much work to get it fit. that's why i think modding the is300 isn't easy, coz' a lot of jdm stuff they don't fit at all

speaking of fitment, i have actually seem replica wald kit and imo, it fit very very well. and in terms of getting the real thing, from the outside, it is almost impossible to tell that you have the jdm kit or the replica, unless someone take your kit off and see there is no wald stamp on the inside of the kit.

also, i was like you before and had to get the real thing. but after awhile, when i started to scrape here and there, i realized that i was just throwing money away. the wald kit is pretty low....

in any case, i am just sharing my experience. i wish you good luck in whatever you decide to do.
