front lip?
Hi everyone. I'm kinda new to the board, but I saw this picture and fell in love with this front lip. Can someone please tell me what brand it is, and maybe where I could get one? Thanks in advance.

i'm new to this forum too,
btw, it's a type-r (sometimes called type-s) lip. they are made by ABS Dynamics. they also sell some on ebay (along with a mugen style lip), but i'm not sure how the quality of those are.

Now aside from the eBay ones with questionable fitment, someone please tell me the best place to buy one???
I know the owner of the car in the original pic. He said fitment was tricky on his. Please post up with info.
Thx.

Okay, I guess the "owner" has to speak up...It's the MIT Type-R lip --> MIT = Made in Taiwan
I got this lip from a friend. During the installation, the two nails that were installed in the lower front grill cracks the lip a bit due to the pressure on both end. We rememdy the issue by installing extra nail under the front bumper. Also one each on the side wall.
The fitment is not absolutely prefect where the angle on one side is slightly larger than the other. Actually, you won't really notice it until you very very careful do the pressure.. In fact, I did (may be coming from an engineering background...)
Other than the hessle in the installation, the lip is fine with me. Not agressive

Chris -- I hope you don't mind if I use that...MIT...I love that!
Regardless, it looks great on your car...nice and subtle, blending with the body lines.
I still would like to know experiences from people who have bought the ones on eBay.
