i heard you can run a 120-150 shot somewhat safely... since our engines were designed to handle a turbo..
i could be wrong tho..heard this from a friend who has a NA Supra... and was about to put in a 150 shot..but couldn't get his Venom to work, so he sold it, and ordered a single turbo kit...

You're probably right about the 50 shot. Unless we've got forged pistons, I don't think you'd want to go above that.
Also, since reprogramming seems to be out of the question at this point, it would be difficult to adjust for varying levels of Nitrous(timing retard, fuel/air ratio, etc.).
Since we only run high-octane, means we're running lean. Not a good combination with Nitrous...
Keep in mind..... A 10lb. bottle only lasts 100 seconds w/ a 100HP shot. At $20.00 a refill, could get costly if you're wanting to run on the street on a regular basis.
If anyone has some real in-depth knowledge concerning this, please correct me if I'm wrong.

i don't think it's possible to go with a dry kit (50hp). because the IS300 doesnt use a vacuum referenced FPR. so you have to either go witht he single foger or direct port. the direct port will have to be at least 120shot since the lowest is 20shot per cylinder.
but you could go with a venom system. its basically a dry system that does fuel delivery by splicing into the fuel injectors electrical circuit.

btw, just for reference. there has been a guy who installed an Apexi s-afc on his is300 and that thing is pretty flexible with adjustments, gained 15rwhp alone dyno sheet to back it up! but you probably would have to use the dyno to tune.
