In my experience, Razo doesn't do too well with blue.
PIAA , if you get the platinum's won't turn out blueish at all. The Super plasma turns out a slight purple white. Looks real good alone, but I'm not sure how it'll look with the HID.
I would go with the Cuzo. Although I believe it is a cheaper quality, if you're willing to forego the visibility issue with blue tinted bulbs, I say get the Cuzo's.
If you want some serious blueish green bulbs, try polarg Max blue's....they're seriously tinted. Visibility is **** with them though.
