Question Roof Problem help plz....

does anyone have a problem with the roof? my roof have some kind of rumbling everytime i go over a speed bump or a dip...i think it might be a loose wire up there and i took it down lexus and they say they can't find the rumbling noise...does anyone else have this problem? or do u know wat can be wrong?

never had that problem before. did you try opening up the sunroof and drive around and see if you have the noise?

Rumbling? like rominl mentioned...you should open up the roof to see if the rubber gasket hasn't seated properly from open/closing. alot of moonroof noise is attributed from that gasket rubbing onto the painted surfaces of the sheetmetal edges.

There are no wires in the roof, its all ribbon cable.

You may have someting like a rock rolling around in the little trays that catch water in the front and rear of the sunroof.

This happened to me in a car I used to own. Had to take out the whole headliner and little sunroof tray thing. There were rocks and sticks and all kinds of **** in there. Might wanna check there.
