Default Headrest post holes

The fabric (ecsaine) around the post holes on the drivers side head rest has shifted such that it look like it is loose and you can see the foam below. Anyone else have this corrected and if so how. Although the holes look a little large I do not think they stretched , only the fabric moved through use on the seat allowing the opening. I tried moving the fabric back into position , but it moves back. Any ideas. It is a 2001 IS with ivory interior.
